Jose’s commitment to the company and our customers goes above and beyond. Jose owns the issues that arise with integrity even if the situation was not on his desk originally. He is great at keeping open communication with everyone from informing the team when vendors are visiting or communicating parts delays,and working to expedite issues when he can.
