We are happy to announce this month’s employee of the month is James Jones. James is one of the longest tenured, and most beloved members of our AQ family; joining the company in March of 1979. Over his 45 years in the machine shop James has become known for his high spirits, quick smile, and willingness to share his knowledge & life experience as an inspiration to all those around him. James always takes pride and ownership in what he does, often noting that “every project starts at the saw, I get to be a part of every lift.” Ask James any time you see him what he’s up to and you’ll undoubtedly hear “Just having fun…” in response with his famous grin! Great job James! AQ wouldn’t be the same without you.
