Skilled Trades

Autoquip utilizes skilled trades to ensure our manufacturing facility produces world class scissor lifts, dock lifts, and freight lifts. Our skilled trade positions include Welders, Machinist, Power Assembly, and Painters which make up the core of our operations, crafting superior lift equipment that has established Autoquip as the leader in the material handling industry. You'll sharpen your skills by working on some of the most unique and exciting projects where no day is the same.

Plant Operations

Autoquip’s Plant Operations team is responsible for ensuring our facility is running at maximum efficiency, and our efforts are aligned with meeting the needs of our customers. Leaders in this group have the opportunity to drive projects that directly enhance performance throughout the entire production process. They work to ensure product quality, process improvement and efficiency.


Autoquip’s extensive design library of over 10,000 + lift models is a testament to our engineers’ creativity, ingenuity and forward-thinking solutions. Our engineers design and develop state-of-the-art lifting solutions that offer functionality, durability, safety, and operational reliability. Members of our engineering team are passionate about the work they produce and the creativity involved to develop a solution to a problem. They enjoy working in a collaborative and challenging environment that designs quality lift equipment that truly make a difference for our customers.

Technical Sales

Our sales professionals utilize their technical backgrounds and business expertise to build customer relationships and deliver reliable lift products to the marketplace. They interface directly with our customers and dealers to evaluate the job site application, and work with our engineers to facilitate a product design to meet the customer requirements.


A critical part of Autoquip’s success is our ability to leverage an extensive network of suppliers to respond quickly and efficiently to our materials and parts acquisitions. Members of the purchasing department maintain excellent supplier relationships, effectively manage inventory, and are involved at each stage of the product life-cycle.

Customer Service & Support

Autoquip understands that every customer service opportunity is the next step in a satisfied customer and future new product sales. We have a team of experts of quality technical service representatives who work with our customers to improve their operational efficiency, troubleshoot equipment, and recommend parts replacement.
