We are happy to announce that this month’s employee of the month is Matt Young. Matt is a recent addition to Manual Machining and has done a great job picking up and running with it. He joined Autoquip as our janitor /helper then transferred to shipping and now in the role as machinist.
All things in life have a learning curve and Matt has shown true commitment by attacking new challenges and learning all he can. In the short time Matt has been working as a machinist, he has taken on extra responsibilities by working on organizing tools, implementing new processes, and optimizing workflow. Matt holds himself to a high standard and is eager to develop his new skills quickly and ask questions to get him up to speed. Matt conducts himself with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to succeed.
