This month’s employee of the month is John Heard. John joined Autoquip in 2017 as our 2nd shift painter. In this role, he proved to be a committed, caring employee who always goes above and beyond to get things done while keeping a smile on his face! Over the years John has transitioned to Power Assembly and remains a beacon of positivity and collaboration, always willing to help anyone and everyone in the organization. He’s been integral in our training of new hires from Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service as well, leading and inspiring each new hire thru hands on training in our hydraulic and electrical procedures.
